everything was spotless, quiet ambience. all the staff was friendly, solved my issues. booked guest room with shared kitchen. coffee/tea making equipment, refrigerators and an oven were very handy.

The location of the hotel is magnificent, situated on top of a Motorcycle shop. the hotel offers marvellous views of the surroundings. - It is conveniently located very close to Goodge tube station, shops, and eateries. - the Hope Pub, which is just a 5 minutes' walk away, is a great spot to visit for drinks.

I stayed at Charlotte Street Rooms for one night during a quick trip to the city. The location was perfect, right in the center of London, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Not to mention, the view of the Post Office Tower from my room was amazing! The room itself was spotlessly clean, and despite being in a central location, it was surprisingly quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for future trips.

The location was great, not far from Oxford Street, which made exploring the city so convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
